Cunard: Single cabin rates available
Fred Olsen: Single cabin rates as well as shared cabin with a fellow singleton (same sex) but be warned you MUST book early for this! They also provide male hosts for the more mature lady who requires maybe a dancing partner
Holland America Lines: Offer the same service as Fred Olsen with a little touch of elegance thrown in!
Louis Cruises: Smaller ships, smaller and more varied ports of call on offer mainly in Greece, they offer some great single discount prices
P&O & Princess Cruises: They have JUST introduced new categories for the single passenger, so no more paying double occupancy!!!
NCL: Saved the best till last... On board Breakaway/Epic/Getaway & Pride of America they off STUDIOS, these are designed and priced for the solo traveller. You also get exclusive access to the studio lounge, great meeting place for like minded people
